I hate exercise people. I am excited about my 16k’s lost so far and I know I will need to up my exercise to maintain progress. At present I do brisk walking on the treadmill for 35 min about 4 times a week. Any tips for good exercise apps or even videos (but for exercise lazy people).
90.1 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
