One week on vacation and lost almost 4lb. Ate and drank but kept an eye on portions. Was very active. No fridge or nighttime noshing so easy to make good choices while enjoying everything amsterdam had to offer
89.0 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
