Yes and no. I was 263.6 7 days into my vacation before I left for California. Lots of traveling, drove to upper Michigan after I flew back. Beer was plentiful...

Basically just did same weight 3-4 sets with 12-35 reps. High ones were leg press and calf press. Rest were close to 12-15.
