Busy moving and *insert drum roll* had an entire bottle of Woolies light wine after doing multiple trips up and down 6 flights of stairs.
Frustrated because the loss would've been better if not for all those empty calories.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
