After a couple of months of carelessness i have put on a good couple of kg's. Went to the gym for the 1st time in over 5 months and starting the 30-day reboot program.
106 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
