well today I am inching close to my goal. now just 4 pounds away. next Saturday I fly to my home province of Manitoba for a week long visit. most of my family is still there and they have no idea of the journey I have been on since March. Can't wait to see what kind of reaction I get at the airport when I arrive in Winnipeg. Ought to be interesting!!!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
