⬇⤵🎢⤴⬆🎢 On the roller coaster again 😐 Maybe my calorie count was off yesterday. It's hard to estimate resteraunt meals. Ok, I had salmon on a ciabatta roll....with bacon. But, I had asparagus as my side and only one glass of Malbec. It feels like I've been stuck forever. Yep....just went back and counted....25 days between 157 point something and 158 point something 😞 Maybe this is it....I really don't see myself eating much less than I am. So much for the grandiose idea that I'd aim for 145 after making the 155 goal.

On a positive note I'm making chicken soup for dinner tonight. No recipe....winging it 😊 It's still hot, hot, hot where we live but I'm in the mood for soup. Cooler weather is in the forcast in the next few days.
