Up .8 today, but I have to say the scrumptious Lobster Risotto with bits of asparagus & tomato in it yesterday was totally worth it! 😋😀 Sharing a bottle of wine with my sweety and sharing dessert was pretty good, too. After such a filling lunch I decided to have a light dinner of cheese, sliced honey crisp apple and a small slice of Nan. Hubby had a surprise slice of cake complete with candles but I said I'd have it today.
Today is a new day, a new month and I'm back to trying to achieve the best me I can be 😊
71.8 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
