Guess I can't moan too much seeing as I haven't been doing my protein in the mornings and been scoffing freakin Royal Dansk biscuits!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
