I decided to IF so I had breakfast at 11. It was tough, cause I felt soooooo hungry... when I did eat I had boiled eggs and a half grapefruit... and then to the gym later. 30 min cardio and 30 min weights.
Am happy to have gone back down...
72.4 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
