The sugar/carb cravings are getting real. I suspect that the coke/sprite zero sweeteners and/or sweet potato fries have something to do with it. I'm just struggling to be strict lately like how I started. I still lost a bit, but my performance could be way better I know...
89.2 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I find when I drink Coke (the real stuff because I don't do artificial sweeteners), I always ended up craving MORE sugar and salty things... The less I have the less I want it. With the temperature heating up, I am drinking a lot more soda water (bubbles and fizz!!) and I may add a bit of grape juice to the glass for sweetness. Gives the same kind of satisfaction as glass of coke without the calories or chemical nasties of sodas.

I really like sparking water because it gives the same sensation of having a coke without the sugar. But lately my self control has been questionable. Will keep it up!
