Well whoohoo for water loss! Thinking I had the same but I wouldn’t say I binged. Perhaps my body disagrees haha.

I wish my body was fast at losing the water weight, mine has a bad habit of retaining, so it takes F O R E V E R for me to lose my water weight. :p

I literally ate nearly 5000 calories and then cut back to maybe 700 yesterday so...it's usually day 3 after a binge that I expected to lose more and it sticks and I wonder what I did to myself and if it was worth it. By then I'm forgetting how good the food was and I'm just mad at myself. But then I lose it again. Anyhow...yes Erquiaga...this is nothing to applaud. Still heavier than I was. 🤸‍♀️

Cb... I have to finish strong and reset the next day. It's the only way for me. Old me would not restart for months...constantly losing and gaining. ❤️😢

Oh what I wouldn’t give to eat 5000 and not gain. Only like once a month mind you but still. At least you know most of the gain was water. That water weight messes with my head some days.

Yeah I'll usually have a real low sodium, carb, & food day after a high one. Water leaves quick with me also usually unless I keep it up for a couple days.

Peeper... I gained nearly 4 pounds. Lol. And if I dont eat pretty low calorie the few days after...it hangs around. And I know that. I know in the midst of my binge that I better be living it up because it's 600 calories the next day and then 800 and then 1000 until I'm back to my starting point.

Yes Chris and the mustache...it all adds up. I only shave my back when I really need a good drop.
