I’ve done so well (in my opinion) this week. Don’t understand how I didn’t lose any weight. Will post my macros in the event that someone can help/advise.
63.3 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
