ok, my Friday morning weight post is DOWN Yippeee! now at 161.4, however my kids are in town sooooo hopefully I will stay true to my woe/wol. Didn't go workout today, had a chiropractor appt afterwork. Been having issues with numbness on fingertips of right hand and now it is on a couple fingers on left also. She helped the issue in the past but I haven't had a chance or $ to go for 4 months so it has creeped up again. Hopefully I will find a good doc that is under my insurance, she is going to recommend someone for me so I will check them out but still like her alot. Hope all is well in FS Land and take care to ALL :-)
