I have been craving new recipes. Great ideas from ppl here. I love to see your pics and figure out what is in it. Thanks for those who put the name of the meals. I can google them and tweak them to my licking. Finally after 3 weeks I can eat some food without hurting. It seems hard to eat healthy, until you learn how to cook things you like, it’s a discovery game. 8 out of 10 so far, even thou my kid isn’t picky, is hard to get a balance meal. He is in the 5% weight, Sometimes I have to make 2 meals, one low carbs for me and hubby, and one high carbs for him. For example, spaghetti and meat balls. I will make zucchini spaghetti for me with a butter sauce, and for him real spaghetti with tomato sauce. Way more calories and carbs for him, low for me. However it gets tiring. So we rather balance meals. So far so good.
