I haven't been dieting. In fact quite the opposite, so I'm surprised I haven't put on. I'm not so distressed anymore so I think I can get back on track. I think I'm eating too much protein.
108.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
