I cringe when I don’t lose as much weight as I had hoped for, but I didn’t gain all this weight in a week either.
I’m super eager to reach my goal weight and everything in between feels long and like I haven’t lost enough weight in the week
62.9 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
