I drank tons of water yesterday. Went to the gym for an hour. I always feel better after going. Not sure if the elliptical is the best cardio with my knee arthritis. They were hurting in my sleep and I dreamed I was visiting with a knee surgeon. I asked if he was going to macramé my tendons. wtf
93.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try taking (2) osteo bi-flex, 2 aleve and (2) turmeric 2x a day am and pm😊. I’ve been taking it for over a year as I have severe arthritis in my right knee, left knee not so bad, hands and back. It was recommended to me by an orthopedic surgeon. He said I was too young for knee replacement. Within 4-6 weeks I noticed a difference and was able to start exercising again and losing weight helped too! Good luck!!!
