Down a bit again....even with eating out! Of course I realized I had done pretty well when I was able to find some healthy choices on the menu. And that shrimp and trout was yummy!! So close to my "Beach Goal" 😎 This time next week I'll be waking up at the Beach. Lots of incintive to be good for one more week. Walking around in a swimsuit a lot will help keep me from going crazy while away from home and my scales. Now, what shall I cook today....
