No movement today, but that's a positive in my mind. Holding steady or losing is my goal 😊 Ten days til we leave for the beach. I don't know if losing another 5.6 lbs. (my original goal) by then is possible without starving myself. But I'm feeling good & happy with the little bit of progress I've made. Getting ready for the Beach may have been my catalyst, but it's been a good reset for eating healthier, like I know I should.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
