The last time I remember weighing 235 was as a Senior in High School. It was a joy to see the number on the scale today. Especially after drinking a bit and eating some amazingly unhealthy food. Moderation is key, right?
107.0 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
