Was out again yesterday to a coffee shop and no gluten- free options on the menu. At least did not pick up weight. Way too little protein and too much fat consumed for the day!
73.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
