Intermittent fasting today... hope I can get back on track this week. I’ll have dinner later and call it good. Probably will have to do this all week to make up for what I gained over weekend. I don’t feel good, my stomaches off all from eating like crap. I need to remember if you eat like crap you will feel like crap.
