July 1st, and I'm back where I started AGAIN! It's my own fault, I know this. Not only did I fall off the diet wagon, but also the exercise wagon, which is unbelievable because I'm normally so dedicated to getting my exercise! Plus, not only am I paying for a gym membership, but also a Tread Climber machine! I don't know why, but summers are always a challenge for me. Maybe I just get lazier, I don't know.

I spent the last week in June at a Jazz summer camp, learning more about music theory & improv. You'd think that lugging my guitar & amp around the campus for 5 days would have counted as exercise - my arms & back definitely felt it, but the scale wasn't so impressed. Oh well. Now I'm back at work, and hopefully will get back into some kind of reasonable routine - hopefully! Of course, now I need to split my evenings between exercise & guitar practice, so I don't forget EVERYTHING I learned the past week, LOL!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
