Hello all 👋... It's been a long while. Took a break from all the calorie counting etc. I've been maintaining 85kg give or take a few hundred grams since Feb which I'm quite impressed by. Sometime I eat like I've never seen food before 🤣. Anyway, I'm not back on any sort of plan but just thought I'd check in and see how everyone's doing and update my journal. I'm quite happy to just maintain for the moment. Also (and this just may be the lazy side of me rationalizing) I feel like the months of stable weigh will help my skin to adapt a bit so it isn't so loose when I lose more weight. But again that may just be me rationalizing laziness to commit to a plan. All in all I feel good. The one thing i still try to do is fast for a good number of hours a day. I may not be on omad or 20/4 anymore but according to my fasting app I'm hitting a minimum of 13+ hours a day on average. So in closing 😬 I wish everyone continued success. I'll be back soon I think.
