Still IF I guess and an extra Km on the treadmill...I just wonder sometimes if one should note this totally ignore the scale. Anyway my concern is does this IF not starve your body and how does it affect you metabolism...
73.2 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
