This is as awe full as it looks... now I know what people speak of when they worry after traveling. We drove to the Northwest province last week Tuesday and returned Friday evening. It is so hard to find healthy food 🥘 so you end up eating stuff that you don’t know (the horror of take away foods). Our tummies were so unsettled, bloated and the we never really felt satisfied after eating because the food is not wholesome. But lessons learnt is to always choose Guesthouses with kitchens so you can prepare your own meals...anyway back to working hard 😓... amazing how easy it is to pick up weight than to loose it... I guess the fight 🏋️‍♀️🤾🏽‍♀️is against the body that has been made for survival... but I’m not discouraged, the battle goes on...🤦🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
