Way too much cheating & not enough eating properly & not enough water consumption. Found jeans that are 1 size too small. I need them at the moment too. Incentive to lose weight...
109 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 34 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
