I can’t believe it!
I’m very aware that it definitely won’t keep dropping at this rate but while it does I’m just gonna enjoy it.
This kind of a thing is also fairly normal with my body, happening any time I make a change toward any kind of diet. I also gain just as fast. Let’s just hope I can stick with it this time.
102 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
