My weights not budging but guess that’s fine for this week. I can’t expect it to drop every day. Fasting continues till Sunday and I’ll switch to 11- 5 fast
74.7 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
