injured my knee during gym group class. so now doing 30min weight circuit and 30min eliptical for some cardio 5 days a week.
eating small.portion of veg and protein for lunch & supper & a home made green juice for some much needed variety.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
