My commitment is paying off so much these days, I think my new statergy is working no carbs till dinner. Rest of the day only veggies and protein. Rather than course myself stress over sugar, I have decided to decrease it and take it from their.
134.6 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 36.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
