I'm obsessing over the orange sweet roll I ate last night. I shouldn't've.

One slip-up isn't going to destroy your diet. Let it go and move on. You're doing great, so you shouldn't feel guilty.

You'll burn the orange roll off in no time! No sweat.
Here's the descriptions of HIIT and PNF. HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. Here's a link that describes it, and starts one off slowly. I think it's really fun, and it is very effective for weight loss.: http://www.losebellyfatworkout... PNF is assisted flexibility (stretching), and great for increasing range of motion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P... Both are wonderful additions to training, and many places, including the Y, have people trained in PNF. Both feel so good!
Great work on your progress!

Thank you both, Rune and JB. I do have a problem with letting go of my mistakes. I started looking at that losebellyfatworkout site and have it bookmarked. It would be great to get let go of these other "rolls" that are giving me grief!
