Diet Break Day #10

AM weigh in. 8.5 hrs sleep (woke up and couldn't go back to sleep, this was really about 5 hrs).

3 lb steak = about 3 lb gain. Lower calories next 2 days to balance it out.
128.7 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
