And I was still surprised! Didn't log for a month and thought I would at least maintain. Haha.. right... Vigilance is required! Back logging this week and ditched the wine again. It took me a year on Noom to move from 75kg to 66.5kg. No way I am going back there! Hell, my target is still that magical 65kg.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
