I am shocked that I didn't go up a pound or two today. I guess it really is about the calorie count, not the fat ratio, because I ate more barbecue pork than I should have. That's a weakness out of habit. I need to change my menu next time I visit Mar.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you look at my food diary, I usually get most of my calories from fat and lose weight at a good clip. It's the carbs that kill me. It just depends on how your body loses weight. Nobody is exactly the same. It's the over-eating that causes the problem. Calories In < Calories burned = Weight Loss.

Yeah, I just looked at your fat-protein-carb ratios. I think the refined carbs have been my weakness too. A moderate amount of meat/fat seems to keep me from becoming ravenous.
