AM weigh in. 7 hrs sleep. Friday got me, friends came over, beer & snacks. Luckily I'm not going out for st. Patty's this year. Family get away for our anniversary. I'll be kinda good. Hopefully this is gone in a couple days. Already hit gym this am.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
