Been a bit up and down lately. Have hormonal problems that brings cravings and moods and stress....and Im a stress eater....so the fact that Im down at all and not up actually really surprises me!
63.2 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
