AM weigh in. 8.5hrs sleep, very good numbers! I have to keep calories low the rest of the week since I overdid my "feasting" day in between the 24hr fasts. Next week I'm not going to have a pizza party at work and eat 3k calories of pizza etc. I might have ruined my week my doing that, if I don't get back under 279. Lots of water the rest of the week 💦 💦💦

127.7 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
