GM FS .. hope everyone has a great weekend and stays strong . I know I need to always pay attention to my weekends. I’m great during the week and then somehow I tell my self I can splurge and then I am so mad by Monday morning. Going to start paying attention and breaking the habit!! What my triggers are and change them.. going to walk on the beach no matter how cold in the morning.. have fun.. go to start weighing in on Fridays and not Saturdays because of having the weekends off now ..
