I am constantly continously trying to stay on Banting infact my dream is to get into keto and stay there!!! it will happen soon. In the meantime, banting is helping me to loose weight. ..It is soooooo slow but I am glad that I am loosing and so I am satisfied with the results of the discipline I put in!
