Diet seems to be working. Sugar temptation can be bad if I'm shopping on an empty stomach! 🍬🍫

What works wonderful for me is the fact that I literally always carry a snack pack in my handbag that consist of a 30gr packet of nuts; 2 sugarfree and carb free cookies; and 2 sugarfree and carb free seeded bars from Woollies! If you want to go to a coffee shop then you don't have to drink coffee / tea / or whatever you want feeling deprived - there will always be a treat in your bag 👌🏻🌸 without the guilt of a slice of cake!
