Feeling motivated today! 4th day of my sobriety..kicked my wine addiction in the a $$..also haven't needed a pain killer since Tuesday (when the grown kids peed me off!) Started studying again! let's do this!! 11 kgs to go 🎉🎉🎉🎉

91 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg. Still to go: 11 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
