Week 2 ends today of the 12 week keto challenge. Starting fresh today since done with the pre colonoscopy diet/colonoscopy. My body seems to be back to normal. My weight is where it was 2 weeks ago. Let's go!
70.3 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
