Started slim21. Still Vic day 2. Mol. Started int. fasting only water until 1 then coffee & Coke Zero & Fanta zero. Smoothie at night. Fego with yogurt or tashas whey protein. (Every now & again have caring candies bar or a tbsp peanut butter)weights caz twice. Cycledx2.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 17.5 kg a Week
