I am keeping relatively healthy and I am happy in my body! These last 2kgs (8kgs down in the last year) are not shifting because... I am still averaging around 1800cal per day, 🙄 too much wine,😏 and fat % intake too high. 🤔
So I clearly know why I am not shifting! I feel like I am putting in great focus on balanced eating and excercise. Just not sure the motivation is actually there to lose these last 2kg. Because I feel so good!😃😃😃
