Not exactly sure why I am up. Started doing more exercise and have dropped from 18 to a 14. Slightly confused 🤷🏼‍♀️
75.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Sometimes you lose fat and gain lean muscle which weighs more. Do fat percentage and waist and hip measurements if you want to see how much fat you have lost

Thank you. I always rely on my scale only to show me that all the dedication and willpower is paying off. So feeling I little dispondent this morning. Will have to go check my fat% and take measurement something I have not done since starting. Thanks for the advice. Onwards and upwards.
