No excuses just bad judgment after painful 90 minutes strapped down for Neck and Spinal MRI's yesterday.

I despise MRA/MRI's. Had one yesterday. Only 30 minutes but claustrophobic. So it was an eternity. Glad it's over for you. Don't know if I could do 90.
