um. well, the 1700 per day average is working very slowly for me weight loss wise. I should drop it to 1300 per day... but wow it will feel like a diet!
66.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

heads up. When you drop calories by a lot. your mood changes so much. I dropped to 1200 calories per day and in the first week and a half. my moods changed drastically and I was so tired. But now after about 2 weeks I'm used to it and I feel normal and energetic again
