I feel thinner and can truly see some great differences on my body... I am enjoying feeling fitter, being able to move my body more comfortably in comparison to just over 3 months ago... my weight loss journey started on the 04 August 2018 and it feels like a really long journey. I am super grateful for the opportunity to still have been able to make the changes before illness settled in. I still have a long walk but I look forward to the journey and humbly admit that I could never have done this completely on my own. I needed FatSecret friends testimonies and the help of my family and friend (Wendy)who gave me the courage to start... God is of coarse responsible for the success because He put the people I needed in my life like my husband to keep me going as well as provided the food so I could eat properly. I feel grateful!!!
79 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
